In-stock pieces ship within 5 working days. Made-to-order pieces take 4 to 8 weeks to build, as shown on each product page.
DeliveryDo you deliver outside France?+
Yes, throughout the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Shipping is calculated with your quote.
DeliveryIs delivery free?+
Delivery is free in mainland France for orders over €500.
Made-to-measureCan I order a made-to-measure piece?+
Yes. Describe your project on the Made-to-measure page and we will send a dimensioned drawing and a quote within 5 working days.
Made-to-measureHow much extra does made-to-measure cost?+
Expect 15 to 30% more than the closest catalogue piece, depending on dimensions and wood species.
MaterialsWhere does your wood come from?+
Only from sustainably managed French forests: Jura for oak, Isère for walnut and Burgundy for ash.
MaterialsHow do I care for an oiled piece?+
A dry cloth day to day and a thin coat of hardwax oil once a year. Details are in our journal.
OrdersWhat is the warranty?+
The structure of our furniture is guaranteed for 10 years. Lighting and fabrics are guaranteed for 2 years.
OrdersCan I return a piece?+
You have 30 days to return a catalogue piece. Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
OrdersCan I visit the workshop?+
The Lyon workshop opens its doors on the first Saturday of each month. Book through the Contact page.
